The product is excellent for base functionality.
Cons
The added value products are not ready for primetime but I was being told to sell them by Executive Management. I was left with disappointed prospects when we had to dive deep or demo the features we talked about. That's not the biggest problem since sales management was a mess. They need a reboot now that their executive leadership is gone since they led the sales teams down a seriously bad road with micromanagement. They led from the rear saying they'd "watch Salesforce" to see who was on top of accounts and threatened to reduce territories if people weren't sufficiently engaging their customers based on SFDC input. The scrutiny just got worse as the numbers got worse (see the trend?) and it made the work environment very difficult to operate in. It's not a place for a seasoned rep who doesn't need oversight and who is used to a job where they could at least see making their numbers.
