Pros
Technology is good, and challenging projects in Virtualization. Get to work with experienced people who come from other technology companies, so breadth is good.
Cons
Lot of chaos in engineering process. Same set of engineers are made to work on different releases and features. Many new managers who don't know how to plan and deal with people or projects. Managers over commit to be in management good books, and put pressure on engineers. They need to be taught that good management is streamlining work and not killing developers with tons of work. We have families and need our weekends and holidays.
