None for me. As always, it depends on your situation.

Cons

Company talks about honesty, but middle management is not honest. They will lie, make up reasons, go back on their word and say that is new directive from up above. They will do everything to cheat and they will. Hypocritical, brow-beating management style. Management by fear has never worked and never will, eventually people with see thru this.

Pros

- Great product. Smart and seasoned execs team - Full benefits coverage, although dental benefit is just standard - Most likely will be a successful company - Lots of learning opportunities

Cons

- The arrogant attitude of "we're the best, so it's your loss if you don't join us" needs to stop. There are so many great companies out there. Disruption occurs almost every 2 year now vs every 10 year, so people have options. Have some respect - Some Directors and first-line managers have no management experience. They don't know the first basic thing to growing out a team. Develop these people before they become the toxins of your culture - Below market compensation: you will work like you've never worked before, so make sure you negotiate HARD until you get what you want or you will regret coming here. - Working from home is always frowned upon. You hired professional adults, treat them like one. I realize that it doesn't apply to every team, but these are the common topic of discussion.

Close to where I live so no commute, free snacks and free lunch.

Cons

The morale around the office is not the same when I started over a year ago. It's so quiet and hardly anyone around the office. It's not as fun to come into work and feel like you belong to a supportive team any longer. People are leaving every week.
