Pros

Great culture, great co-workers, great products, exciting environment. Benefits are in line with other places (great for healthcare, poor for 401k)

Cons

Everyone gets the same quota no matter the territory. This creates a huge problem if you don't have one of the larger territories. Many miss their quota on a regular basis with a few super-star territories killing it. They also are cutting territories significantly as they grow. This is to be expected, but make sure you are aware of your "home territory" knowing that is where you will likely end up in a few quarters. Also be sure that "home territory" can cover a large quota number as there is no attention given to what a territory can do.

Employees are a commodity

great energy, intelligent colleagues, great benefits, mostly collaborative and friendly colleagues

Cons

Not all teams keep up with the company culture. Employees are a mere commodity and are treated with disrespect. Some senior management is unfairly rude to employees.
