Pros

Wonderful healthcare benefits (fully paid for by Nutanix). In the office you get great food and fun events. Great compensation package and RSUs. Opportunities to travel for work.

Cons

I believe "Toxic" should be added as a cultural value. Hungry, Humble, Honest, with Heart are not the values at this company. There is sexism, ageism, and a profound lack of interest from the top down in addressing these internally and externally. There is a clear lack of interest from leadership in making bold statements on injustices in the world and putting their money where it counts. Getting anyone to make a public statement supporting marginalized communities is like pulling teeth. There is a strong sense of entitlement across the company and a blatant lack of transparency and respect. Management disregards any feedback or pleas for assistance and you will be knocked for it when it comes to promotion time. They full embrace the start up mentality of working until you're completely burnt out despite the fact that the company is by no means a startup anymore. They don't value hard workers and disregard data-driven decision making when it isn't convenient for leadership.

- I work with some seriously AMAZING people! Can't imagine a better group to be around every day -- love meeting - Incredible growth opportunities to build your career - Nutanix really takes care of me -- 100% paid healthcare for me & my family (dental & vision is top notch, too), free massages @ offices, free lunch, ESPP, celebrates many cultural events, invests in learning opportunities.... much, much more. - Leadership is approachable - Phenomenal culture - Super collaborative environment

Cons

- We're growing SO FAST that processes can't always keep up/scale. Need to revamp some of these in order to keep pace with the business -- we aren't a tiny start up anymore! - No 401k match
