Pros

You'll meet with some of the smartest and most driven people you've ever met. Great benefits. Great bonuses.

Cons

Lots of politics and drama. I witnessed multiple layoffs while working here, which is incredibly stressful. Your experience at Nutrafol will depend entirely on the team you're working for.

Nutrafol has not done any layoffs in the past two years, however we have restructured teams to ensure we're meeting goals and so we can support the business.
