      You get free product monthly

      Cons

      Where your soul, happiness and career go to die! An environment of constant chaos. You will hear a lot about constantly changing processes and what you did wrong, but not a lot of what you did well. Be prepared for micromanaging and zero communication between departments which makes the day to day even more dreadful. Joined Nutrafol excited and ready for a new opportunity. Leaving depressed and behind in my career.

      Free product, lunch credits, stipends, quarterly bonuses.

      Cons

      Imagine a group of 13 year mean girls running a company. That is what the "leadership" team looks like at Nutrafol. They tell you are great at your job to your face, they sing your praises to you. Then talk badly about you behind your back. And when you disagree with how they want to handle something, they decide to just get rid of you. They have the emotional intelligence of a gnat. Stay far away.

      An organization that practices what it preaches

      Pros

      This is a group of people who are united by a singular goal, helping people grow. I'm proud of the work we do to help customers every day with their hair growth, but also to support each other's growth as colleagues. You'll find passionate and intelligent teammates here: empathetic to our customers and brilliant in their crafts.

      Cons

      We like to do things right. And that means often timelines move, sometimes significantly. You'll need to be OK with shuffling and shuffling. We're also an ambitious team that likes to get everything done asap. Managing expectations with the ever-growing list of priorities is a skill you'll refine quite a bit here.
