      An amazing place to grow your career!

      Pros

      The overall culture of Nutrafol is amazing and really supportive. Nutrafol gives a lot to its employees and always recognizes and rewards hard work. Everyone I work with is so talented and kind, I'm always learning and getting the opportunity to push myself. Nutrafol opens a lot of opportunity for growth and encourages pushing limits. The leadership is really supportive and collaborative. There are a lot of benefits including remote work and quarterly bonuses. It's an amazing place to be and I've loved my whole experience so far.

      Cons

      Nutrafol has seen exceptional growth and we still have a lot more to do! Due to this, it can be a bit of whirlwind for some people because we operate in a very fast paced and sometimes scrappy environment. I think this is a good thing for those who like to challenge themselves because you can really come in and make a difference.

      Benefits, unlimited PTO, and remote. Love that it was mostly women!

      Cons

      No major cons that stand out. Wasn’t flexible on changing teams.

      Great Supply Chain Team, and Great Experience at Nutrafol

      Pros

      -reasonable health benefits and 401k match -a company that understands and expresses the value of work-life balance -great people to work with - smart, hardworking, responsible, dependable, and still fun and pleasant (this is my experience working with the entire supply chain team, as well as many folks in the finance, amazon, marketing, and product development teams) -after just a few months of working here, I already saw multiple teammates grow into higher roles with more responsibility and opportunity. This showed me how my team at Nutrafol makes a point to develop the careers of their people and find roles for their employees to grow as the company grows as well

      Cons

      not all our processes are streamlined yet, but that just leaves room for us to grow and improve, and mold these processes into what works best for us
