Great co-workers and family-like team bonding. Bi-monthly massages Free product. Team building parties. Great benefits.

Cons

Very disorganized structure. Lack of hierarchy makes it hard to know who to report to. Very little strategy. Leadership doesn't seem to trust the people they hire to do their jobs. Very little job security. Poor work/life balance.

Run Away Like REALLY Far Away From This Company

Pros

You could work from home, they give you a free laptop. That's it.

Cons

Everything. From micromanaging, to unorganized onboarding, to absolutely no company or department culture. We have a meeting everyday to discuss nothing but what we did bad in. They made us work on MLK day. Use of ancient system platforms.
