      Nutrafol as a company provides an excellent benefits package.

      Cons

      Senior management exhibits a clear lack of respect for (and lack of knowledge of) the amount of work that their employees provide within a skeleton crew and with severely limited resources. They will implement intimidation tactics to extract more labor from their employees. Depending on your role, working at this company will negatively impact your mental health. Take a job if you need a job, but this company will not hesitate to let you know that you are disposable. Document everything.

      Great benefits and perks for full time employees

      Read the previous reviews on here because they are upmost true. Management serves no direction and favoritism at its highest. They will hire you giving you false hope of training but will neglect you and start a toxic work environment once a click has been formed. The titles really are made up and the company doesn’t see the difference between success and doing what’s right for actual people, there are no people leaders. I would advise not taking the role if you are leaving one. the previous reviews are true and they will let you go with no warnings and not even have any explanation. Make sure you are a person who strives to fit in even if it doesn’t fit with your values.!

      Pay & Benefits; My boss was great

      While the pay and benefits are enticing, this place was chaotic. Feedback was always positive but unproductive. There is no clear direction, only frenetic, nitpicky energy. It seems like they're picking employees like a writer might jot down a great idea on paper, review it, feel good about it, tell everyone how great it is, then decide it sucks so they ball it up and throw it away in to the ever growing pile of disposed of paper ideas.
