The salary was great, and Nutrafol is a really great product.

Cons

Their leadership SUCKS. They are inexperienced in growing a salon channel.. some leaders on the salon team have never even worked in a salon. They play favorites and foster a hostile and toxic work environment. This was the most stressful job I have ever had. If you get a job here be sure to document EVERY conversation. HR is just as toxic as everyone else. Have someone OUTSIDE the company (an attorney) to advocate for you and pay attention. They will throw you under the bus in a heartbeat. Turnover is HIGH for a reason.

Hard working team. Solid benefits.

Cons

Morale is dim. Promotions and growth are non existent. Hard work gets you nowhere. Tantrums and backbiting apparently get you VP status. Impotent leadership is not qualified lead change nor motivate anybody to achieve greatness.
