      Great people, fantastic benefits, good pay.

      Cons

      No promotion in site. Taken on allot of new responsibilities to work towards a promised promotion. Management gets promoted and receives perks but no one else on the team seems to.

      There aren’t many to be honest. Hybrid work option.

      Cons

      Revolving door of communication colleagues due to serious lack of leadership and bullying by communications leaders. Quite honestly one of the worst places I’ve worked. Job descriptions do not accurately reflect roles and responsibilities. Would suggest avoiding this place if you’re a communicator looking for a good opportunity.

      I worked with a small group of friendly people and it was close to home. Latest Branch manager was kind and honest.

      Cons

      Average pay (monthly) with little room for growth. Upper management and HR are soulless.
