Pros

I truly believe in what Nutrien is trying to do, increasing the global food supply.

Cons

Before the most recent round of internal promotions at the executive level, I had been in my role (just 3 years) and at the company (just 4 years) than anyone above me in my chain of command (all the way up including the global CEO). Between rapid turnover and usually bring in outsiders, it has been difficult to trust leadership.

Pros

Lower level employees care about their work and each other

Cons

No diversity in leadership continue to promote white men. Women keep leaving because not supported. As a younger trans male this isn’t the company I want to work for
