Pros

Pay and benefits good; some excellent people; successful business

Cons

Terrible work environment and worse communication from leadership. Constant change and little direction or discussion. Unclear and grossly inconsistent advancement of employees. Culture of silos is strong and perpetuated by leadership. Company approach still split between the two legacy companies. Unqualified and inexperienced people in leadership positions for political reasons and the sake of appearance. Extremely high workload and unrealistic expectations despite rhetoric about taking care of mental health. Progress happening to bring the two companies together but is very slow and poor communication and consultation with employees makes it excruciating sometimes

Pros

Good pay and benefits. Was a fun place to work until focus on cost eliminate some perks and limited training and development opportunities.

Cons

Focus on reducing costs and manpower has made it impossible to get all the work done in a 40 hour week. Has also impacted employee morale.

Pros

Environment and people are the best. Also, the goal of feeding the world in 2050 is a great cause to get behind and be working toward.

Cons

With rapid growth we are still figuring out how we want to work.
