Pros
Some of the jobs are great, company works within amazing industries filled with great people and those who are able to travel or the job get to network with amazing proffessionals
Cons
Low pay in all positions (owner very stingy and cheap about finances), poor upper management (lacking leadership, no open door policy, lacking communication and honesty), expect employees to 'wear more hats' than they can manage successfully, etc... Poorly run company.
