      Good people, but odd management

      Coworkers, easy work, location, stability if you’re ok with mediocre pay and are just looking for a paycheck.

      Cons

      Owner sets a poor tone for the organization. Monotonous work.

      It is a good place to start.

      Pros

      They will pretty much take anyone with no experience and train them in the metal fabrication field.

      Cons

      It is a revolving door with the temps. Constantly have to train new people who only stay for a week or 2. Causing the company to be way understaffed. They have taken money out of an entire shift without notification. (Atleast half of the people still have no idea) They tend to go to the people in the office for ideas for production rather then going to the people on the floor. It seems to be who you know rather than performance for reviews.
