People Environment Opportunity Global I’ve enjoyed the ability to ask and receive numerous opportunities to impact change - change of processes, change of culture, etc. I’ve also been given the opportunity, through my roles, to travel to 7 international countries and 12 states in the US. I’ve led and influenced projects that invested, saved and gained the company significant financials. As a working mom (my little guy was born while I was here and is now 4) I’ve experienced exactly the work/life mix and balance that I wanted. Very supportive colleagues and leaders. And I can confidently be an amazing leader in HR as well as an amazing mother/wife/daughter/citizen out in the rest of the world. Balance is what you make or and what you create- and leaders have continuously supported and empowered me in this space.
