Great People Great company. Management was awesome. Staff was very knowledgeable and fun to work with. I enjoyed working with everyone there and hate i couldn't continue on, however their commission structure wasn't good

Cons

Commission structure SUCKED seemed to be a frat that if you weren't in then you could never advance up the ladder.
