Pros

The hours are flexible You have freedom as a driver because you are on your own You get to make new friends

Cons

The salary was not very competitive with other trucking companies The communication between driver and manager was sub-par Depart time and scheduling was very inconsistent (i.e. If you are scheduled to depart by 8pm, you may not leave the warehouse until 10pm.
