CEO is a huge hypocrite more focused on his own image than driving the company forward and creating a positive culture Zero innovation in the company. CEO living off the work that came before Employee surveys aren't anonymous with people being called out on negative responses Pointless hybrid office setup with no input from actual employees

Pros

Through the rearview mirror do you realize how poorly OCLC is run. If only the members knew how inept the leadership runs the organization. My recommendation would be for the current employees to unionize. I had the good fortune to work for most of the top organizations in the library community and by far the worst managed company is the current leadership of OCLC. Skip has only concept for employees and the purpose is to keep the money flow coming in to the top leaders. A union is the only way things will change.
