Pros

The compensation and benefits are excellent. The company cares about its employees and invests in training regularly. Environment is generally easy-going. Working remotely is supported. Some teams are very flexible regarding technical solutions.

Cons

Much is wasted in overhead. It is difficult to actually find time to program between meetings and paperwork. There is very little coordination between most teams/divisions. There is an inability to determine valuable, competent engineers from apathetic, incompetent ones.

Cons

Mediocre communication in some areas. Employee anxiety about lay-offs. Some areas seem to be top heavy. Lack of communication regarding work load in some areas.
