Cool coworkers who are all willing to help each other succeed. Bonuses can be good if you hit the threshold of 90% attainment.

Cons

No more WFH or company outings. Micromanaging with a hard 50 call daily goal. You end up calling the same people in your book of business over and over until they stop answering.
