This company is very family oriented. They don't just say that to say it either. When you have a family emergency it is no sweat off their back to give you the time off in order to be there for your family. This company went above and beyond to keep all their employees hired when Covid-19 hit China. If China was not able to be at work for the logistic industry that means there is no work. When the U.S.A. experienced Covid-19 this company ensured the safety of all their employees by providing tons of Lysol wipes, mask, hand sanitizers, and anything else the employees needed. OEC was also very proactive when it came to working from home. All employees were allowed to work from home as soon as they had their home office set up.

Cons

No black males work here, and when some of the employees see black people they jump.

Nice coworkers, family oriented, a lot of company activities, very laid back. Company is willing to train if you have no experience. Big boss is very cool. Some managers are willing to hear if you need help.

Cons

Low pay, prove yourself if you want them to pay more.
