I really did not find anything positive about my time with OJC.

Cons

They were very transparent during the interview process that it was more of a call center atmosphere. You get a feeling that it's an unstable workplace right away. Not sure where they stand financially but collectors kept calling in but I was always told to take a msg. The trainer was always micromanaging me, not a positive work environment.

It is an awesome place with unbelievable opportunities. The CEO leads by example and is always very supportive and each member of the team pulls above his/her weight. Any person with initiative and desire for success (like me!) will find this a great place to work.

Cons

Cant think of any at this point of time.
