Pros

Fast growing company with new challenges every day. The company was strong on in the area of information technology and had very sophisticated systems The top management had solid experience in the industry and know what they are doing. I moved on after a 3 years of exciting work to pursue my Masters.

Cons

There is so much happening and you tend to overwork. I did 50+ hours every week but I enjoyed it.

Pros

Expect to experience nimble regular ever evolving internal systems. Great for growth and able to stay consistent with current technologies. Home grown platform allows easy changes to code when problems arise, fixes happen quite quickly. If you like growing and experiencing many different facets of the business of eCommerce this place is for you. Sales, Datafeeds, IT - Network Admins, HTML coders, SQL, EDI, AS2, FTP, HR, CRM, Marketing, Marketplaces, Affiliates, Finance, Strategy, Analytics, Search, Email, Graphics, Web Development, BizDev, Traveling to Trade Shows, Purchasing & Vendor Recruitment, Private Labeling, and more. Better know excel and most microsoft based programs unless you are in graphics. If you can get in the door and prove yourself, many other areas will open up to you. Managers expect a lot but if you deliver you are rewarded accordingly. Atmosphere is business casual and fun most days but gets intense during the busy season. Often bring in pizza, donuts, bbqs, team building exercises, regular training to keep everyone moving forward. While some employees come and go due to usually the lack of work ethic sometimes found in people, I have seen many stay and advance once they have been in at least a year. I have worked other places that do not let you move up as quickly as you can here so its good.

Cons

Growing pains are always bandwidth and resources. Wearing a lot of hats means rolling up your sleeves and getting it done rather than waiting for someone else or reassigning it to your staffer if you are in management. Balancing management, strategy, tactics & tasks execution. Sometimes work weekends if needed but its ok if they are approving the overtime like around the holiday busy season. Vacation blackout though around the holidays so usually stay closer to home since its etail never really get away around the holidays, but off season holidays are always good times for vacation.

Pros

Great environment, excellent people, biggest opportunity is for learning. Offers the right balance between hard work and opportunity. Fast growing company, rewarding position, with a lot of room for growth.

Cons

I honestly can't think of anything negative. I genuinely enjoy waking up each morning going to work and not many people can say that.
