-Poor Management: The Customer Service Manager constantly "checks up" on you and spies on
you. I have found a MANY occasions, the CSM peeking from around the corner to see what employees were doing. Also, there are cameras everywhere and they watch how many times you get up to use the restroom or go to the break room or grab a drink.
-Pay: The pay is very little. CS reps start out at $9/hour
-Promotion: Reviews are often HIGHLY delayed (supposed to be after either 60 days or 90 days, depending on the dept). The reason they are delayed is because with the review, on comes an increase in pay (either $0.50 or $1.00 increase). Sometimes every skill or section on review can't be verified (like, if the management has not been able to witness said skills firsthand or has not been around enough or you have not had an opportunity to learn or utilize said skills) and in that case, you simply get a low score in that area. Further, there is NO opportunity for moving up in the company because there are virtually only 2 positions available (customer service reps or copywriters).
Turnover rate at this company is the highest I've ever seen at any job I've ever been at. In the one year I was there, I saw over 30 employees hired and either quit or were fired. Sad.
