Pros

Individual people (most below the top brass) are great to work with. Occasionally I get to do some interesting design engineering work.

Cons

Same problems occur repeatedly, management doesn't follow through with changes deemed necessary for growth, terrible communication between those who make decisions and those impacted by those decisions. Also very low pay and they'll squeeze hours out of you as much as they can.
