Pros

Work life balance is great!! Management seems to care a lot about their employees well being, however, they do require a lot of overtime of their production personnel. Most employees are great to work with and you can build great connections

Cons

Operations is untrustworthy and blames others for their shortcomings. When their “House” is on fire they will find anything and everything wrong with other people’s work but will not assume responsibility. When called out on it, it’s all “water under the bridge” all of the sudden. Their house is constantly on fire….good luck working for them. Overall the company is ok, but unfortunately has a record of trusting the wrong guys in their leadership team…. Especially their operations team

Nice group of colleagues. Not many of them left.

Cons

Company runs poorly. Micro managers. Rude supervisors. Cheap and dirty manufacturing..emphasis on cheap.
