Generally good group of staff and a good suite of products with excellent potential. Great professional experience if you play your cards well and can stick it out.

Cons

Company is scrooge-like. Benefits are bare minimum and perks are scarce. The company recently instituted PTO banks instead of separate paid sick time, possibly to address a small number of employees who were abusing sick time. Policy was put in place after kudos from the CEO for a great year. Not great timing. The culture within departments tends to be positive and collegial, but interactions between departments feel tribal and defensive. This is a low-trust, conflict-avoiding organization where blame tends to target individuals and groups rather than organizational and system failures.

Cons

Totally disorganised, very very unfriendly culture. I recommend not to waste any time with On24. Good work is rewarded with more work. HR is a joke, be care full they will screw up your pay and benefits. Its a shame, the product could be good, but its a total waste off time. If you work at On24 - get out before it gets to you.
