Business Outlook
Pros
Flexible for employees who need to work remotely for the most part. They don't micro-manage anyone. "Green" technology is refreshing.
Cons
No training, they throw you right into the fire. It's a very intense, high pressure work environment with little or no training so can be very stressful. They don't encourage exercise or taking lunch breaks, everyone feels chained to thier desks. They are understaffed and growing so it's very challenging at times. Not many holidays given so easy to get burned out.
