Cons

Don't play hard. Not a real international company yet in the mindset of its employees. Focus is mainly made on the sales team with little focus for the rest. Company is all about numbers.

- Great place to learn and develop skills. - Some good people, smart and good to work with - Located in the City, close to BART.

Cons

Complete lack of efficiency and highly political, defunct company that will go as far as writing fake posts about “exciting times at on24”. No communication, highly micro-managed. No direction. Good work is rewarded with more work. HR is useless. All in all, not a fun place to work. My advice, do not get stuck here. Learn as much as you can. Stay one year, get what you need and get out!
