Pros

I work with a group of great people that really support each other. The products are really cool and there is never dull moment. The customers I work with love what we do and how responsive we are.

Cons

I wish formal training programs that I could attend. ON24 has a great new-hire training program for sales but I'd like something ongoing. Sometimes the on demand sessions don't cut it for me.

Solid product offering Great people to work with Growing a strong structure to support growth Experience has bees extremely rewarding

Cons

While there are always challenges growing a company, overall on24 is on the right track. We can always do better communicating more and can never have enough thank you's, I would not trade this experience at this time

My Biggest Career Mistake

Pros

The technology has enormous possibility, but the focus on launching new products in Beta form really hit my Sales bottom line and caused my Sales numbers to plumet within six months.

Cons

The company is far too IPO focused when it needs to make structural changes to the platform. This has caused good Sales people to cut corners to meet their numbers at the expense of their clients.
