      I worked with some caring, talented people The platform is top tier

      The reviews you read about the CEO are true unfortunately. He is very involved in the business and leads from a position of fear and desperation which trickles down to the rest of the organization. It's devastating to the company morale. There doesn't appear to be an end in sight as these types of reviews span over the course of many years.

      - Fully remote work allows for flexibility and work-life balance - Talented, supportive coworkers who genuinely care - The product has real potential and impact in the virtual events space

      - Toxic top-down leadership style; the CEO frequently micromanages and publicly criticizes staff in company-wide meetings - Senior leaders are constantly reacting to the CEO’s changing priorities and decisions are often made without clear strategy often creating confusion and internal friction - Multiple rounds of layoffs over the past few years have left remaining employees overworked and under-resourced - Compensation has not kept pace with increased workload or industry standards
