We are working short staffed and have to walk on water to get a raise, but have no idea when the raise will come. It might be 3 years or 1 year. We are already underpaid compared to other companies in the area. Underachievers are not fired and bullies are promoted. Seems like it has gone downhill after John Gibson retired as CEO. Nobody in management will address the obvious, they have continued to cut staff and tell us that we were “over staffed”. When people make mistakes because they are overworked, no one will wake up and smell the coffee. They blame the employees for making mistakes when they get burned out instead of addressing the real issue which is being understaffed.

The CAE doesn’t get involved until she is ready to start berating your work and you personally. Manager levels just get in line so they don't get fired even though they know she is wrong. Previous employees told me she had 200% turnover because she was so hard to work for, but she lied to audit committee about why they were leaving.
