At OPEN Health, fostering open communication and transparency is fundamental to our company's culture and success. Transparency is a core principle that we believe in, and we recognize that there is always room for improvement. We actively encourage open communication at all levels and remind employees that managements’ doors (whether physical or virtual) are always open for discussion and feedback. We continue to explore enhanced communication channels to improve connectivity and visibility across the organization, especially given the geographic diversity present within our employee base.
