Thank you for your feedback, within any organisation there will always be steps to improve. Our infrastructure is significantly improving with the launch of a brand new ERP, HCM and CRM solution. A new focus to digitalise as much as we can to improve our employee and client experiences. We have launched our new mission, vision and values and are investing in development for our leaders and our people across the world. We have not always got things right but we are making significant strides in the right direction.

Pros

- colleagues that you work with day to day are not only amazing at their jobs but some of the best people to work with - an aim to do the best work possible - really interesting and great clients to work with - the good times of a few years back are still in the memory and therefore with change can no doubt be reached again and the company can flourish - David and Sandy might still come back

Cons

- since the acquisition, subsequent downturn in the market and the global Economy the company has become overly finance focused and forgotten what the people can do and also what matters to people - the hiring of the CFO and CPO from external industries in this period has introduced policies that adversely affect revenues and also people’s performances - the c-suite approach of telling people how to feel and act because revenues are down isn’t a people first approach, but more importantly for them isnt going to drive revenues or growth - firing women who have performed better than men isn’t a great approach when the men involved are friends of other senior male colleagues

Thank you for your feedback, OPEN Health is going through change as it scales globally. We are not the company of the past by choice. It is great to hear that you enjoy working with the people and clients that you work with. Delivering excellence to the clients is our priority and the talent that we employ showcase this every single day resulting in new clients coming to us as they like the talent offerings that we have. We must not forget however that bringing multiple businesses together requires us to focus on one way of working and the ability to scale. A lack of focus on the financials would not be sensible for any organisation and an approach which allows us the capability and functionality to scale at pace creates amazing opportunity. We certainly have not forgotten about what matters most but we do need to pivot in order to adapt to changes in our market.
