Pros

- colleagues that you work with day to day are not only amazing at their jobs but some of the best people to work with - an aim to do the best work possible - really interesting and great clients to work with - the good times of a few years back are still in the memory and therefore with change can no doubt be reached again and the company can flourish - David and Sandy might still come back

Cons

- since the acquisition, subsequent downturn in the market and the global Economy the company has become overly finance focused and forgotten what the people can do and also what matters to people - the hiring of the CFO and CPO from external industries in this period has introduced policies that adversely affect revenues and also people’s performances - the c-suite approach of telling people how to feel and act because revenues are down isn’t a people first approach, but more importantly for them isnt going to drive revenues or growth - firing women who have performed better than men isn’t a great approach when the men involved are friends of other senior male colleagues

Thank you for your feedback, OPEN Health is going through change as it scales globally. We are not the company of the past by choice. It is great to hear that you enjoy working with the people and clients that you work with. Delivering excellence to the clients is our priority and the talent that we employ showcase this every single day resulting in new clients coming to us as they like the talent offerings that we have. We must not forget however that bringing multiple businesses together requires us to focus on one way of working and the ability to scale. A lack of focus on the financials would not be sensible for any organisation and an approach which allows us the capability and functionality to scale at pace creates amazing opportunity. We certainly have not forgotten about what matters most but we do need to pivot in order to adapt to changes in our market.

Pros

Experience was made better by working with a great team of individuals.

Cons

Lack of support for junior team members and no consistency between teams. No evidence of being valued, offices closed and no money to reward staff. Poor decisions from higher management with a lack of trust and respect for employees.

Thank you for your feedback, it is great to hear that you are able to gain lots of benefit from working with great talent within OPEN Health. We are sorry to hear that you feel there is a lack of support for junior team members and no evidence of being valued with offices closing and no reward. We would encourage you to speak to your line manager about your concerns. We have closed offices because they were not being utilised fully, real estate is a huge cost investment and we are moving to a model of investing in real estate where it makes strategic sense to do so. We have brought in a new Head of People Development and are focused on implementing a job architecture framework, both of these things will allow us to focus on development of our people at all levels. We have also implemented new benefits and recently conducted a town hall in which we shared some of this information with our employees.

Pros

1. An antisemitic workplace 2. A venal and back-stabbing culture 3. Leadership is wildly impulsive and casually violent

Cons

Oops, I guess I couldn’t think of any pros

Thank you for your comments. It is sad and disappointing to hear comments of this nature. OPEN Health prides itself on being true to its values, creating space for its people to be who they want to be and nurturing our people focused initiatives with the ultimate aim to create an extraordinary environment for our people. With any growing organisation there will always be areas where we perhaps need to make decisions as leaders that go at a quicker pace than may be experienced in the past, this simply allows us to scale and get to a place of process simplification quickly so we can reduce the burden of non-value add processes impacting our people. That said, we take very seriously claims made which go to the heart of our culture and the safety of our people. Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy and our compliance focus work together to ensure our employees can raise concerns around actions and behaviours that go to the heart of who we are as an organisation and question our ability to protect our people. We are not aware at this time of an antisemitic workplace or a backstabbing culture and certainly are concerned about any statement around violence and we would welcome a conversation with you to understand more so that we can further investigate.
