Thank you for your comments, we are sorry you feel your aspirations were not fulfilled. OPEN Health takes seriously the development of its people but it must do that within a structured way ensuring it has roles available to be able to promote people into. We are focused heavily on our job architecture framework which will allow us to truly define clear career paths. We do agree that listening to our employees is an important part of communication and we are taking steps to increase the opportunities for our employees to share their thoughts.

Thank you for your comments, much like other organisations, we are going through change. Much of the change we face is positive change, our business has grown rapidly and this has meant we have needed to pivot so that change can be fully embraced throughout our organisation. The post covid world has brought many different opportunities throughout individuals careers and this means not only do people sometimes choose to leave but it also means we create opportunity to bring onboard new talent as well. An ever evolving organisation is normal in the post covid world. That said, we have recently asked our employees to provide comments around our OPEN to Change survey, this is because adapting to change can sometimes be difficult and we therefore want to take onboard the views of our employees so that we can help nurture the ability to deal with change more effectively.
