We want to ensure there is a healthy work/life balance for our people. With this in mind we would encourage you to raise concerns you might have if that balance is not quite level. Nice location for London office.

Cons

In my experience, the line manager didn't really know what I was doing because I was placed in multiple teams (but she didn't overlap with any of them).. Moreover the senior member of the teams can be bullies, they don't provide constructive feedback and they report directly to your line manager. Lastly, you can be working on one task and be asked to shift instantly which might be usual in corporate but I hated it. The pay is low, progression is not clear, long hours of doing very boring work.
