If you're a graduate, you'll be given a lot of admin that is unrelated to your role There is clear hierarchy - the ceo and leadership team don't value employees and well-being is not prioritised, only revenue No room for development The company is changing-unstable job Toxic work culture - poor work life balance which is evident by the high turnover Poor benefits and underpaid compared to other healthcare agencies

The leadership here is phenomenal. They’ve helped me to develop and listened to my needs in my career. It’s a really friendly, fun, and exciting place to work.

Cons

Sometimes the hours are long and the Lieu that you get isn’t reflective of how many hours you put in overtime.

Some of our processes are more time consuming than we would like. With work underway to introduce our new ERP/HRIS systems, this will allow for digitalisation and also room for us to re-evaluate the processes which have become heavily manual and time consuming. Please bear with us as we navigate to a better place.
