I have worked at OPEN for several years and my role has evolved over this time. It's good to be somewhere where strengths are recognised and there is no set career path. I feel valued, work with talented people I enjoy learning from and am constantly given opportunities to grow and develop. It's the culture at OPEN that makes it so rewarding and gives me the energy and drive to be the best I can be.

Cons

OPEN isn't for someone who doesn't want to be challenged.
