Lovely place to work but be prepared to work overtime

Pros

Management are very open and the structure feels fairly flat. The atmosphere and culture is fun and nice to be part of. There is structured and quite fast progression. The work is varied and there is lots of opportunity to tailor your progression or move between teams.

Cons

There is a definitive expectation to work overtime and even though there is a 'ill stay late with you' comradery it doesn't make up for the late nights! Not the best benefits for a big company, bonus and normal pensions contribution.
