      Pros

      Management has taken great strides in recent years toward training and recognizing talent. The leadership team understands the value of people committed to doing the best for their customers.

      Cons

      The cons are really opportunities: blending old industry habits with emerging technologies; also the culture tends to be performance based (this is good.)
