      PTO Working here is a great place if you have never worked in the cars industry it’s a great experience.

      Upper Management cliques Not enough Raises for the work you do Too many closed doors, secrets and gossip Favoritism of certain employees

      employed while you find a real job

      Cons

      a joke. goals are unattainable. program is non-competitive. you deal with the highest of risk and lowest of hygiene. if you discuss anything with your director they just ask the same 10 questions over and over then say you are offending them when you tell them you are looking for answers or start to answer their questions with the same 10 questions.

      A small startup company with a lot of opportunities to grow Great management and collaborative work environment

      Cons

      Not enough opportunities to deal with big data and tools. Teams are divided into two groups which makes project management difficult at times.
