Pros

Ability to learn multiple jobs, plenty of overtime

Cons

They do not treat minorities, or many others with respect. Although they speak of respect for others, common sense of good, build quality parts. This quality is questionable, and many mistakes by management is never claimed or admitted they were told by associates over 15 people (salaried) have quit in last 2 years

Pros

The company is solid- that said- it is because they pay poorly.

Cons

Long hours, condecending attitude towards workers. Production numbers is everything, poor quality assurances. This is the definition of what a right to work manufacturing plant is all about. Workers rights? Forget about it. Two words - GO UNION.
