Pros
None anymore, look somewhere else. Most people in my former department, and several others, have had or will have their positions eliminated shortly due to offshoring of operations. They worked incredibly hard, long hours, while remote and hybrid throughout pandemic to reach goals and keep business operating, but were rewarded with elimination.
Cons
Consistently low pay, below industry standards, raises and bonus were eliminated, poor work-life balance. Experience not valued, and people drained from running the hamster wheel. Turnover rampant, employees here one day and gone the next, both voluntarily and involuntarily. Siloed and intentionally understaffed departments don’t work together and point fingers. Teamwork was an unattainable ideal. Training doesn’t exist, people assigned 3-4x more than a reasonable amount of clients, many of which are unhappy with the services, lack of response, issues that are never fixed, and threatening to leave.
