Forced return to cubicle hell for employees that live within 60 miles of an office location and those who are fortunate to leave outside of that radius don't have to commute. This forces those in office to still participate in virtual meetings everyday. Raise was an insult this year (2.5%) and with the return to office I actually have taken a payout this year. Also the equipment provided in office is at least 15 years old and completely worn out.

If you like innovative solutions, a place for growth, trainings, leadership, career, gain knowledge or to be challenged this is not the right place for you. They hire new people always and don't consider to offer the same position for existing employees with more relevant experience and education. They offered 0 trainings in the past 6 years which should be a clear statement for the current employees. If you join the company you simply loose your value with time on the market.
