Pros

ORNL is a good company to work for and I feel like they care about their employees. The job itself is fairly easy and straightforward and I met a lot of great people working there.

Cons

I worked under 3 different branch managers in my time there and all of them were toxic in their own ways. This helped fuel drama between everyone at the branch. Bad management is what made me find employment elsewhere.

Pros

Gaining Banking experience and some great people. They paid well for almost all the positions that I was aware of.

Cons

Upper management! You had certain people in positions that you had no idea how they where promoted to positions they obviously didn’t have the people skills to be in. If you rub elbows with the right people then you where fine. Working hard, loyalty, and doing your job didn’t mean a whole lot.
