      Pros

      They are paying me well and at least try to maintain decent work life balance. Some of their rules are antiquated.

      Cons

      Calling in sick uses PTO not sick time. You have to be sick 3 days or longer consecutively to use any of your sick time, and even then, the first two days is always PTO.

      Pay, retirement package, growing organization, patient focused, caring providers

      Cons

      Management is dishonest. Employees are treated as disposable. Rules and standard operating procedures/ policies change on a whim with no notice to meet impulsive director’s mood for the day. Different rules depending on whether you are in or out of the director’s friend group.
