Pros

A job decreases my chance of homelessness. Nothing else good.

Cons

Top heavy, overpaid management at the cost of front line staff. They cut pay, screw staff but buy property and create more management positions. They will lie, cheat, overbill if it means saving a buck to pay the bloated administrators and managers. Staff turn over is huge and patient care is neglectful.

Close to home, not the worst salary

Cons

Do not work here, dishonest management, racist and prejudice. Will make up a reason to terminate you. No freedom, toxic environment. They will lowball your salary. Ever since Little Company merged with OSF, it is even more horrendous than before, everything is chaotic and no one knows what they are doing or how to direct you. I would recommend being unemployed before working here. TOXIC, RACIST and DISHONEST management and co-workers.
